Refund & Cancellation Policy

What you are buying

Paid Polyrank plans purchase access to software features — analytics dashboards, rankings, alerts, and API access — for a prepaid term (monthly or annual). Payments are for software access only. Polyrank never accepts deposits, stakes, wagers, or trading capital, and no payment to Polyrank is ever placed into any market.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops any future renewal; your plan features remain active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

Refunds are given for billing errors only.

• Billing errors — duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or amounts that don't match the listed price are refunded in full. Contact us within 30 days of the charge.
• Everything else — payments are otherwise non-refundable. Because a plan unlocks the full dataset immediately, a partially-used term or a change of mind is not refunded. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Extended outages — if a paid feature is unavailable for a prolonged period, contact us and we may credit the affected time to your plan at our discretion. Outages are not refunded.

Nothing in this policy limits a refund right that applicable consumer-protection law gives you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
