Refund & Cancellation Policy

What you are buying

Paid Polyrank plans purchase access to software features — analytics dashboards, rankings, alerts, and API access — for a prepaid term (monthly or annual). Payments are for software access only. Polyrank never accepts deposits, stakes, wagers, or trading capital, and no payment to Polyrank is ever placed into any market.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops any future renewal; your plan features remain active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

• Billing errors— duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or amounts that don't match the listed price are refunded in full. Contact us within 30 days of the charge.
• Extended outages — if a paid feature is unavailable for a prolonged period, contact us and we will credit or refund the affected time at our discretion.
• Change of mind— because plans unlock the full dataset immediately, partially-used terms are generally not refunded, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. If something isn't working for you, email us — we'd rather make it right than keep an unhappy subscriber.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
