Terms of Service

1. Service

Polyrank is a software-as-a-service data-analytics product operated by DefiScout LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). The Service provides read-only analytics derived from public on-chain data on Polygon and from Polymarket's public APIs. We do not provide investment advice. We do not place, execute, or facilitate trades. We do not custody user funds.

2. Eligibility

You may use Polyrank where doing so does not violate applicable law. Polyrank is not available in jurisdictions where prediction-market analytics or related services are prohibited. Users in those jurisdictions are responsible for complying with local law.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no representation that the data is accurate, complete, or up-to-date, despite our best-effort verification against public sources. Use at your own risk.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape or automate access in a way that disrupts our service;
  • attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication;
  • misrepresent the Service as your own;
  • use the Service for any illegal purpose.

5. API usage

Programmatic access is governed by separate API Terms. Public endpoints are best-effort and may change without notice.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are prepaid subscriptions for access to the Service's analytics features for the term you select (monthly or annual). Payments buy software access only — they are not deposits, wagers, or trading capital. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Polyrank or DefiScout LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
