1. Service

Polyrank ("we", "us") provides read-only analytics derived from public on-chain data on Polygon and from Polymarket's public APIs. We do not provide investment advice. We do not place trades. We do not custody user funds.

2. Eligibility

You may use Polyrank where doing so does not violate applicable law. Polyrank is not available in jurisdictions where prediction-market analytics or related services are prohibited. Users in those jurisdictions are responsible for complying with local law.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no representation that the data is accurate, complete, or up-to-date, despite our best-effort reconciliation against on-chain sources. Use at your own risk.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) scrape or automate access in a way that disrupts our service; (b) attempt to circumvent rate limits or auth; (c) misrepresent the Service as your own; (d) use the Service for any illegal purpose.

5. API usage

API access is governed by separate API Terms (effective when the paid API launches in v1.1). Until then, public endpoints are best-effort and may change without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Polyrank be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
