API Terms
Last updated — November 4, 2026
1. Scope
These API Terms apply when you access Polyrank programmatically: the REST API, webhooks, the MCP server, and pay-per-call access with x402. They add to our Terms of Service, which also apply. If the two conflict on programmatic access, these API Terms prevail.
2. Keys
API keys belong to the account that created them. Keep them secret and do not share them or embed them in public code. You are responsible for requests made with your keys. You can revoke a key at any time from your account.
3. Quotas and rate limits
Your plan sets your monthly request quota, your requests per minute and your webhook events per month, as listed on the pricing page and in the API rate table. Requests over a limit are refused until the limit resets. Do not try to get around a limit, for example by spreading requests across several accounts or keys.
4. Data from Polymarket: no resale to capital-market firms
Some of the data in the Service comes from Polymarket’s website, interfaces and APIs or is derived from them, and Polymarket’s Terms of Use limit how that data may be used. We pass the same limit on to you.
You may use the Service and its data for your own research and analysis. You may not sell, license, redistribute or otherwise commercially exploit data obtained from the Service, whether raw, derived, aggregated or anonymized, to any Capital Market Client or market data distributor unless you have Polymarket’s prior written agreement. A Capital Market Client is a non-retail, professional entity that engages in capital markets activities, such as a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, registered investment adviser or hedge fund.
This applies to data obtained in any way: the website, the API, webhooks, the MCP server and pay-per-call (x402) access. If you are, or act for, such a firm and want to use our data commercially, contact us first.
5. Availability and changes
The API is provided as is and on a best-effort basis, like the rest of the Service. Public endpoints and response fields may change; we describe changes in the API documentation and the changelog.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or revoke a key that breaks these API Terms or the Terms of Service, or that puts the Service or other users at risk, for example by disrupting it with traffic.
